The work package 6 (WP6) was about strengthening a gender perspective in research and it was addressed to UAB PhD students On 15 and 22 May, the workshop “Getting engaged with gender-sensitive science” took place at the UAB. The Observatory for Equality, with the support of the UAB Doctoral School, organized the second WP6 workshop within the framework of the EGERA Project in the Faculty of Science and Biosciences. The main objectives of the workshop were: knowing how to strengthen gender perspective in research projects and doctoral thesis, studying the different theoretical and methodological approaches of gender in research and making easier the contact and discussion between research staff, expert staff and staff in training, who are interested in “Gender Sensitive Research” and inclusive research.
